IA Tools and Approaches

CHIF, the Computer-Human Interaction Forum of Oregon, had a presentation in Oct, 2001, by Lisa Boleyn and Sabrina Jetton. They talked about Concrete Aspects of Information Architecture : IA Tools and Approaches.

I did not see this conference. I did enjoy reading this document. It is a nice outline of basic processes and deliverables of an IA. Thanks to xBlog for pointing the way.
