Based on a conversation over at webgraphics, Stuart Langridge came up with a
nice solution for showing titles of a link. All it involves is some good DOM support, his javascript and his CSS file.
What does it do? It iterates through all the links on a document, and all those with titles, and makes their title a new attribute, and attaches onmouseover, on blur, on focus handlers to that link. Then it pops up a div containing that information formatted nicely.
Very slick. Nice job Stuart.
