AlltheWeb.com just redesigned their website. It looks strikingly familiar, and they have a page describing the redesign.
Improvements overview:
*New Streamlined User Interface
*New Color Palette (which I do like)
*Increased Readability and usability of result pages (also very similiar to a competitor)
*Banners removed
*Pick your palette with new color skins.
All in all, very intruiging.
