Ebay is being redesigned. It looks like they've spent a fair amount of time testing out new layouts and structures for the page. I'm fairly impressed, as Ebay is a mess currently. They've moved information, the important information, up into easily digestable blocks up 'above the fold'. Clear separation of data areas as well has been implemented as well. (The product, seller, photo and pricing, descriptions...)
