Put the Reference page into "MoveableType":http://www.movabletype.org/ today. I wasn't adding the pages or entries onto that page like I should have, and having a stovepipe section seemed silly. So now it'll update with new Reference material as I post it.
Also updated the Style Sheet. .Announcement a:* {color: #000;} to make the links within the Announcement Div stand out a bit more.
