Site Update

Added some accesskey commands to the site today.

2 ⇒ Skip navigation
b ⇒ Choose Background

Also updated the Style Sheet. Added in a class of .Hidden { display:none; } which will hides things. Or more accurately, not display them.

Also added in some much needed meta tags and link tags.
