Okay, fixed the problem AGAIN with the reference pages. It turns out that my MT template is a later evolution than my original RegEx page. So I had placed the ul code in the wrong place. I had initially placed it in the include, which broke the main page, which was an MT template. This probably means I should recode the whole site.
