Avast Ye, Matey!

Well shiver me timbers, but the Pirate Image Archive is a treasure-trove of booty. Arrgghh, they have pictures from Blackbeard to Anne Bonny and so much more. Some really nice woodcuts and illustrations are to be found here.

Whoa! That is so freaky. I just did a few searches on pirate images this morning. I love pirate things, specifically imagery and flags:

I guess it was "Think like or about a Pirate" day the other day.

I dig "Talk Like a Pirate Day". That's a great idea. I'll have to bone up on my pirate-speak, so I can be sure to fill a whole day. Otherwise it would be lots of Aarrgghss.
