CSS Dotted Borders in IE

The Kalsey Consulting Group has come up with a neat solution again. CSS dotted borders in IE using the standard CSS rules doesn't work. IE uses dashed borders instead of dotted borders when using border: 1px dotted #000;. They have a work-around for this. It involves the star-html hack which prevents Mozilla, Netscape and Opera (most) from reading the rule, and a image background. Slick stuff.
