I am USER, hear me roar! is a very interesting/amusing article on, well, the user. Lot's of common-sense items explained in a very clear manner.
I just wish he added the ultimate user truism: "I will surprise you at every turn with my stupidity."
But all-in-all, a good article. Easy and fun to read on why the user does what he does. (Which is generally frustrate you)
