Funny? Maybe, but I would call it ironic, considering that if Mr Idle's First Amendment rights were actually in jeopardy he would be unable to distribute this freely on the internet, which he can, or would be suffering some consequences for doing so, which he won't. And that's assuming he's even a resident or citizen of the United States.
