Peter Morville has come up with a new diagram that describes the move of user experience beyond usability, dubbed the User Experience Honeycomb.
It's nice. The facets of the honeycomb, Useful, Usable, Desirable, Accessible, Credible, Findable, and Valuable are little dwarfs that live in a shack in the woods self-describing and serve several purposes at once. It will help you define priorities in a project while providing a modular approach to web design.
It's a great article, and he presents his findings in an excellent manner. It's well worth the time spent to better understand the User Experience Honeycomb, and see how it can help you.
