wellvetted.com is a great idea implemented wonderfully. Each month participating sites send in their link they chose from the previous month. Each 7th a new list goes up. It's full of nice sites.
nonbasic looks more like a giant linklist of design portals. But it's a good list, which leads to more good lists, which leads to great sites.
