onesheetdesign.com is a nice site. Jon C. Allen, the creator of it, has created a bunch of movie posters.
I’m not saying these are the best movie posters in the world. They’re not. I do like some of the posters. But that’s not the focus here. And I know he went to Auburn, which is another strike against him.
But the Look and the Feel of the site, well, that’s nice. Real Nice. I really , really dig the layered approach. It works really well I think. The darkness of the surround areas really brings into focus the color poster, and also allows the grayed out thumbs on the left to stand out, but not in an overpowering way. It’s subtle, yet very effective I believe. Good job.
