I don’t get it.
We have POW’s who were tortured in 1991. In Abu Ghariab. By Iraq.
That’s the same prison where we tortured Iraqis about a year+ ago. Rumsfeld said they (Iraqis) deserve compensation.
But the U.S. Government says the the American victems of Iraqi torturers are not entitled to similar payments from the Iraq.
WTF?
A federal judge has already awarded nearly $1 billion from Iraq as compensation from TORTURE.
I’m sure that there is something missing here. This can’t be right.
