I just ran across this article that seems very interesting. Understanding and Solving Internet Explorer Leak Patterns. It’s quite recent, and addresses when, how and why IE leaks memory, and how you should address it. They don’t go into closures much, but do talkabout circular references, cross-page leaks and pseduo-leaks. Many suggestions are in there on how to make your stuff a little more stable. (via)
