This graph on the new proposed budget just makes me mad. Really mad.
It’s not the pie chart. I’s the Spending by Category: Percent Change. And particuarly it’s two things.
Education, Training, employment and Social Services: -20% change.
Energy: -63%.
I mean, what in the fuck?! We’ve all heard about the Energy crisis. We know it’s an issue. So what do we do? Cut it. Cut it the hardest. STUPID, that’s what that is.
And Education? WHY DO WE KEEP CUTTING EDUCATION?!!?? Seriously, all I want is someone who just puts Education first and foremost, above all others. Fuck all the other items. Education should be foremost. How else are we going to get smart enough to solve these problems?
I hate politics, and hate budgets, and hate all this shit. Makes me ill becuase it seems politicans are just so damn stupid, self-centered, and short-sighted.
